Having dedicated staff to deal with arrears ensures client’s monies are paid on time and difficult tenants are dealt with promptly.

All notices, included Section 21, can be issued in house. However, we always consult with our legal counsel, or the landlord as necessary.

Our philosophy of developing landlord and tenant relationships ensures the retention of tenants and a focus on increasing rents for clients at lease renewal.

Compliance with all statutory testing – Fire Risk Assessments, Health & Safety audits, Gas safety certificates, EPC’s, five yearly electrical and PAT testing.

We can carry out reactive and planned maintenance on behalf of the landlord, using either landlord appointed, or our panel of vetted contractors. All invoices for works are readily available, and we will only instruct works on an approved basis.
